Eastern Nova Scotia Salmon

Rich and moist; our most popular salmon. These superior salmon are either from Eastern Canada, Norway (or sometimes the Faeroe Islands). They are wood smoked for a slightly salty yet mild taste, with a texture that is pure velvet. On average one pound is approximately 16 slices. Handsliced, can be refrigerated for up to 7 days, or may be frozen.
